City of Turlock has updated our customer portal in partnership with Tyler Technologies. All customers will need to register a new account in the new payment portal.Your previous username and password will not work on the new portal.
If you are a current auto-pay customer, your account will continue to be paid until 12/31/2025. Please register for autopay on the new account before this date to avoid nonpayment.
